1. Who we are (controller)

Banzinni Lab ("we") is an independent studio operated by Vinícius Fernandes, an individual. It is not a registered company. For the purposes of Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018), Vinícius Fernandes is the data controller.

2. What data we collect

This is a static website hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It has no accounts, no contact form and no analytics.

• Emails you send us. If you write to vini@banzinni.nexus, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message.
• Basic technical data. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may process server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, so the site can be delivered securely and stay online.

We do not sell personal data. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

3. Why we use it (legal bases, LGPD art. 7)

• To reply to messages you send us: legitimate interest, and steps taken at your request before any conversation about working together.
• To keep the site secure and available: legitimate interest.

4. Who we share it with

Only providers needed to host the site and receive email:

• Cloudflare, which hosts this static site.
• The provider that delivers mail for vini@banzinni.nexus.

Some of these providers may store data outside Brazil. When they do, we rely on the international-transfer safeguards in LGPD article 33. We may also disclose data when Brazilian law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Email messages: for as long as we need them to handle your request and any direct follow-up, then deleted. Server logs: for the retention period Cloudflare sets for security and operation of the site. This site does not keep a mailing list.

6. Your rights

Under LGPD article 18 you can ask to confirm whether we process your data, and to access, correct, anonymize, port or delete it. You can ask which providers we share it with, and you can object where processing is based on legitimate interest. Email vini@banzinni.nexus. Access requests are answered within 15 days, as set out in LGPD article 19. You may also lodge a complaint with Brazil's national data protection authority, the ANPD.

7. Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies and does not include an analytics script. Pages are static files. Connection data described above is processed by the host so the site can be served.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change, and material changes will be noted on this page.
