1. Who we are
banzinni.nexus is the website of Banzinni Lab, an independent studio operated by Vinícius Fernandes, an individual. It is not a registered company. Contact: vini@banzinni.nexus.
2. Using the site
By using this site you agree to these terms. You may browse its pages and share links to them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not misuse the site, including by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or scrape it in a way that harms its operation.
3. Projects and experimental software
Projects linked from this site, when any are published, may be prototypes, betas or research. They are provided "as is", without warranties of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. A project may have its own terms or an open-source license. Those terms take precedence for that project.
4. AI-generated output
If a project uses an AI model to generate content, that output can be wrong or incomplete. Review it before you rely on it.
5. No financial advice
Content about finance is for exploration and research only. Banzinni Lab does not provide regulated financial services, investment advice, or recommendations to buy or sell any asset.
6. Intellectual property
Unless a page or project says otherwise (for example, an open-source license), the content, name and brand of this site belong to Vinícius Fernandes. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners. Mentioning a third-party name does not imply that its owner endorses Banzinni Lab.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Banzinni Lab and Vinícius Fernandes are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or of projects linked from it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Brazilian consumer law (the Consumer Defense Code), where it applies.
8. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Brazil have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer-protection rules that may allow you to bring a claim where you live.
